We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting our customers by providing timely, accurate, and efficient support regarding product inquiries, orders, technical support, and general customer needs. The role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to handle a variety of customer service scenarios in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
+ High-Volume Customer Support: Manage a large volume of incoming calls and emails daily, addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, order status, pricing, and shipping information.
+ Order Management: Accurately process and manage customer orders, ensuring correct item quantities, delivery details, and billing information. Address any issues related to backorders, shipping delays, or product availability.
+ Technical Assistance: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting for customers using products. Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed.
+ Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or concerns efficiently, working to resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
+ Effective Communication: Respond to emails and phone inquiries with professionalism, clarity, and empathy. Ensure prompt responses to both phone and email communication within company-established timeframes.
+ Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product line and services, staying current on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and useful information to customers.
