What's in it for you?

+ **Shift** 9 am to 6 pm 1 Saturday a month

What will you be doing?
+ Provide cycle count reports (Exel) daily to the customers
+ Create shipments as per customers request
+ Coordinate shipments with warehouse personnel
+ Some knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP
+ Addressing problems or complaints, analyzing data, and implementing improvements
+ Collaborating with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers
+ Providing customer service support, building and maintaining customer relationships, and improving customer retention
+ Scheduling outbound and track inbound shipments, providing input and completing freight bills
+ Collecting all applicable documentation for shipments, including some invoices
+ Some knowledge in invoicing
+ Must be able to multi-task
+ Willing to cross-train in other accounts
+ Work overtime when needed
+ Rotating weekends or Holidays
