Job DescriptionNoble Oil Services, Sanford, NC location is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join their team! The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for providing customer service and support for both internal and external customers. This position will be required to answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests. Why work for Noble Oil Services?

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
  • Assist incoming callers with service requests
  • Work to resolve customer concerns and issues
  • Proactively retain customers through effective resolution of customer concerns, dissatisfactions, or issues. Within general guidelines, resolve issues to customer's satisfaction
  • Develop an understanding of each of the departmental services offered within Noble Oil Services, Inc.
  • Develop complete understanding of the customer's needs, using knowledge of departmental services to accurately assign work orders and provide resolution
  • Utilization of multiple software platforms in day-to-day operations
  • Able to discuss and edit orders received from routing team and outside sales representatives
  • Work closely with departmental managers and routers for schedule modifications
  • Ability to sell Noble Oil Services, Inc.'s products and/or services by interacting with established customers and developing new prospects
  • Provide administrative support as needed for department projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required, associate's degree preferred
  • One year customer service experience
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Capable of handling stressful and negative interactions with customers in a professional manner
  • Proficient at working in a team environment
