We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPEs and TPOs as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies.

**Job Description**

Vendor releases reviewed and maintained to ensure on time delivery of materials or of parts.

Helps the overflow of telephone calls to the operator.

Effectively respond to schedule changes prompted through quality rejections, production increases, schedule changes, delivery issues, etc.

Helps coordinate and organize the NAFTA requirements by meeting assigned deadlines.

Notify customers of late, missed, or short shipments.

Assure production requirements are shipped to the customer as released to ensure 100% on time delivery requirements.

Leads customer driven requirements such as: FMC-DDL, Visteon DDL, DCXs system requirements, Valeo WEB-EDI, etc.

Inputs manual releases as received and reconciles any release or accum issue.

Maintains premium freight log.

Interface with customers, contractors, and suppliers as appropriate.

On call 24 hours for customer expedites.

Monitors SMART/PC Portal system on a weekend rotational basis with other customer service representatives.

Must be able to back up the Scheduler and complete the following essential job functions.

Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecast or customer orders.

Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.

Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Schedule production using Parts +.

Observe inventory levels to determine if they need to be increased / decreased always focus on inventory reductions.

Assist in smooth transition of any supplier change or product change.

Plan bank builds.

Education and/or Experience- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
