About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in the Transportation industry in both Houston, TX and Channelview, TX. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our transportation services. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will work closely with our operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be critical to your success in this role.Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with CRM software
