Full job description of the Customer Service Associate:This is a full-time on-site position that performs customer support functions to support e-commerce and Sales Customer Account Managers.Responsibilities:
  • sales order processing,
  • quotations,
  • order fulfillment,
  • customer service.
  • Entry of customer details,
  • processing sales orders,
  • sales order management,
  • customer service,
  • assisting Account Managers with quotations, and customer communication.
  • Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook.
  • Prior customer service related experience.
  • Proficiency to effectively interact with customers.
  • Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment a plus.
