Full job description of the Customer Service Associate:This is a full-time on-site position that performs customer support functions to support e-commerce and Sales Customer Account Managers.Responsibilities:
- sales order processing,
- quotations,
- order fulfillment,
- customer service.
- Entry of customer details,
- processing sales orders,
- sales order management,
- customer service,
- assisting Account Managers with quotations, and customer communication.
- Communicate with suppliers regarding product delivery, pricing, and support related to customer sales orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills including Word and Outlook.
- Prior customer service related experience.
- Proficiency to effectively interact with customers.
- Experience with order fulfillment in an e-commerce environment a plus.
