Your role will focus on ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, including entry of purchase orders and return requests, and addressing customer expedite inquiries. You will investigate and resolve billing and delivery holds on orders, adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts, and provide professional and accurate information in response to customer phone inquiries.About the Job:Provide order fulfillment by accurately and timely entering customer purchase orders (approximately 16/day) and return requests (approximately 3/day).Respond promptly and accurately to customer expedite inquiries.Investigate and implement corrective actions for billing and delivery holds on orders.Adhere to Lean Enterprise concepts in daily operations.Provide professional and accurate information in response to customer phone inquiries.About You:2-3 years of experience in customer service within a manufacturing industry.Team player with a great personality, and excellent phone and communication skills (both written and oral).Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.A self-starter with a proactive approach to initiating work.Proficiency in Word and Excel.SAP experience is a plus.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
