Description:
Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
Manage large amounts of incoming calls, emails, and chat messages
Ability to take payment information and process payments
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in a call center environment (open to industry)
No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 830am-5pm
