- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide detailed information about our P&C insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and cancellations.
- Process and document customer requests accurately in the system.
- Verify customer information and ensure all records are up-to-date.
- Guide customers through the claims process, ensuring they understand each step.
- Gather necessary documentation and information for claim processing.
- Liaise with the claims department to expedite claim resolution.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional insurance products.
- Support the sales team by providing relevant customer information and insights.
- Participate in outbound call campaigns to follow up on leads and renewals.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
