Respond to customer inquiries by telephone or e-mail to provide non-technical problem resolution. Resolve routine and basic problems and communicates solution or requested information to the customer. Analyze a customer's service needs and refer to other service or technical departments for follow up as needed. May utilize a customer relationship application or database to record activities and research product information. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Monitor the blow mold machines to ensure quality of product and its processing Order entry & maintenance Shipping verification Pricing verification Input customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database Assist with customer inventory management Manage customer owned inventory (labels, corrugate, etc.) Manage customer specific finished goods Assist with the management of obsolete inventory Assist with accounts receivables Maintenance of manual BOL Invoicing verification Sample shipments Mail marketing information (brochures) Generate and distribute customer-required reports (inventory, volume, etc.) Assist with Credit Memos when needed Maintain customer files
Qualifications: Prior manufacturing experience is desired Two years prior customer service experience is required An AS degree is preferred Knowledge of MS Office is required
