About the Role:

You'll join the Customer Service team to provide exceptional support and accurate information regarding depositor accounts and financial products. This is a 3-month Contract to Hire opportunity. The role is located in Salt Lake City, Utah, and is fully on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information on deposit products and services.
• Perform timely follow-ups on account inquiries.
• Research, analyze, verify, and reconcile account information.
• Maintain existing accounts in compliance with servicing guidelines.
• Document interactions clearly and update database systems.
• Escalate exceptional service reports and complaints as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some banking or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of business processes and departmental systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
