We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! As our Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering calls and emails from resort owners in a timely manner. This position answers questions from owners, deescalates concerns, and assists with booking reservations. Essential Job Duties
- Respond to calls and emails from resort owners.
- Assist owners with completing reservations and processing transactions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our resorts and amenities.
- Manage resort owner's points accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately input data.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center operations desired.
