Job Description:

Are you excited about providing top notch customer service? Do you like working with others who are passionate about their work? If so, come join The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)! We are currently searching for a call center professional for our multichannel contact team responding to both general and specific inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

* Receiving, researching, and responding to 800-line queued calls, live chat, and emails

* Providing real-time customer service and call center support and advice to members regarding ASCE products and services

* Projecting a positive, professional image of self and ASCE to insure productive relations with the members

* Processing all member account updates

* Making outbound telemarketing calls as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

* Associates degree or equivalent work experience

* 1-3 years' experience in a high-volume call center

* Intermediate proficiency with MS Office and CRM software or database (Personify a plus)

* Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills

* Proficiency with navigating through multiple systems

* A positive and enthusiastic customer service bent
