- The Customer Service Representatives are responsible for providing quality telephone support to our customers, both internal and external to Client, supporting calls from different business offerings within the Hawaii Operations.
- They provide remote customer assistance using telephone diagnostics software for technical problems.
- They ensure Quality by following Client Call/System processes.
Key Accountabilities
- Answer customer service calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Input customer information into a computerized database.
- Oversee the Call Activity in the Center and take ownership in closing the loop on issuesWork closely with the Service Scheduling Specialist to deliver a high level of service to our customers.
- Place CRU/Supply/Will Call orders for our customers.
- Provide timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries.
- Know the various business systems (FWSS, Voyageur, EMP, CAPS, OLI, ISRVE, FIC, and XPS).
- Work effectively in a team environment, meet and exceed performance targets, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

- Ability to resolve issues under the guidance of our policies, processes, and internal controls.
- Acute attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Should be a team player and flexible to assist others when workload is high.
- Must have good PC skills and be comfortable with MS Office applications.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations.
Educational Requirement
- High School Diploma/GED required.
