Cumming, GAWhile professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.We're growing and we're looking for detail-orientated Customer Service and Dispatch Representatives for a call center.This is a Full-time, direct hire position; Work in an office environment.Here Are Just Some Things A Customer Service Rep Will Do:
  • Receive and process service requests by phone (primarily), fax or email.
  • Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with dispatchers.
  • Prepare any follow-up to ensure appointments can be made by the specified dates required.
  • Adjust or cancel bookings as requested.
  • Access or update customer's records for individual accounts.
Here is what we're looking for:
  • 1+ years customer service experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook
  • Ability to learn booking and dispatching software. Service Titan a plus.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Multi-tasking!!
  • Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).
