GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS EITHER Bachelor Degree fresh out of college with no experience OR
No degree and 2 years of Customer Service experience DUTIES OF ROLE:
- Maintain direct contact with customers before and/or after sale.
- Support sales team by developing and maintaining positive customer relations (CRM) with clients/customers.
- Work with various departments to meet maintenance services sales goals.
- Work with customers and/or distributors to receive accurate account of equipment failures and provide reports to management.
- Focus of work may be in pre-sale or post-sales or both.
