Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of Little Wolf Automotive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction in this location. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Schedule customer vehicle repairs. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers. Communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Assisting customers with rides to and from Little Wolf Automotive. Complete Quality Control Test Drives Completing courtesy car inspections. Reporting inventory bi-annually for company records and team. Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy. Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus. Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Benefits
