Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of Little Wolf Automotive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction in this location. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Schedule customer vehicle repairs. Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers. Communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus, but not required. Assisting customers with rides to and from Little Wolf Automotive. Complete Quality Control Test Drives Completing courtesy car inspections. Ability to Move automotive parts around the shop. Consistently lifting/carrying 50lbs or more. Ability to complete Light Automotive Repair. Reporting inventory bi-annually for company records and team. Requirements Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication skills in English. Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus. Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to assist/understand Light Automotive Repair. Ability to use and understand code readers Ability to lift/Move 50lbs consistently. Benefits
