Job Description:

Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the face of Little Wolf Automotive. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction in this location. Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Schedule customer vehicle repairs.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information.
  • Maintain a high level of phone etiquette while interacting with customers.
  • Communicate effectively in English. Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
  • Assisting customers with rides to and from Little Wolf Automotive.
  • Complete Quality Control Test Drives
  • Completing courtesy car inspections.
  • Ability to Move automotive parts around the shop.
  • Consistently lifting/carrying 50lbs or more.
  • Ability to complete Light Automotive Repair.
  • Reporting inventory bi-annually for company records and team.
  • Requirements Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus.
  • Outstanding phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assist/understand Light Automotive Repair.
  • Ability to use and understand code readers
  • Ability to lift/Move 50lbs consistently.
