Job Description Everstaff is looking a Call Center Associate for our client located in Daytona, FL. This individual will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, responsible for managing incoming calls and providing solutions in accordance with company policies. Pay: $17/hr plus monthly incentives Schedule: M-F 10:30-7pm Location: Solon, OH Temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity for hybrid work based on performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers, and address and resolve inquiries.
- Respond to customer calls promptly and professionally.
- Research required information, and confuct follow-up, as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service to meet the needs of both internal and external clients.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Efficiently multitask across various software programs.
- Maintain excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, particularly Word, Excel, and Access
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed quality and production standards
- Must maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
- Experience in quality assurance, insurance, and claims is beneficial and preferred

Physical Requirements:
