For our Sales department in Ede (NL) we are looking for a Customer Service Representative.
**Business contribution:**
The function of the Customer Service Representative (CUS Rep) is to provide direct support to the outside Sales Force in the development of existing and prospective customers, distributors and end-users, to ensure that the Sales Entity is able to meet its growth targets through excellent telephone and communications (sales) skills. Cross border (inter-company) communication is a prerequisite and as a result will make knowledge of the English language essential.
Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities and duties:**
* Execute day-to-day office and business improvement activities.
+ A main point of contact for all customers.
+ Manages/co-ordinates the order process from start to finish in close conjunction with the Order Fulfilment Team in Ede.
+ Preparation of professional quotations and active follow-up.
+ Proactive management of Company generated leads and development funnel to include follow-up and a current status report in the company CRM system; liaise with the team members.
+ Pro-actively progress outstanding orders on the system.
+ Receives and responds to all customer complaints, including the follow-up of the customer complaint procedure.
+ Liaises with the accounts department regarding customer credit issues and follows-up with the overdue accounts.
+ Monitoring pricing and discounts offered; targets to meet, as a member of the Sales team.
+ Support the Commercial Manager with his reporting tasks and provide him with actual & relevant data, information and graphics. Able to take over the Weekly Reporting obligation of the Commercial Manager.
+ Initiate and support local marketing initiatives.
+ Voice of Customer (VOC) initiatives initiated by the company or the local team.
+ Managing all written bi-lingual agreements between Enerpac, Distributors and end users in co-operation with the Regional Manager and HQ in Ede.
+ Will adhere to the companys policies, rules and other guidelines as mandatory for a publically published company in the USA.
**Required Capabilities:**
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical-Engineering/Management or Business Administration and/or equivalent related field experience is required.
* Technical affinity and some understanding of industrial or distribution markets are advantageous.
* A minimum of 3 years of sales experience and well developed presentation- and commercial negotiation skills are needed.
* Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch are required; all other languages are advantageous
* Strong interpersonal and telephone skills, works and communicates well with internal colleagues and external customers.
* Energetic and proactive initiator.
* Able to work to deadlines; excellent organizational skills.
* Takes full responsibility for completion of own projects.
* Works well with minimal supervision; self-discipline and motivation.
* Flexible and professional approach to work.
* Confident and assertive.
* Good working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of a CRM package is beneficial.
