Our team gives patients and clinicians the clarity they need to make confident decisions when it matters most.Career OverviewWe are seeking a skilledCustomer Service Representative, EMEA Portalto join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving and processing EMEA portal and orders. You will contact physicians and other medical personnel to obtain required information to complete the order entry process.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess incoming EMEA portal and orders with high accuracy.Create customer service cases and set follow-up updates as needed.Conduct quality checks to ensure data entry accuracy.Send requests for specimens to pathology accounts and complete follow-up activities.Administer activities in relevant queues and provide assistance to customers.Contact physicians and medical personnel to obtain required information.Document phone calls and follow-up activities in Salesforce according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and customer service department policies.Provide education and support to customers according to department policies and procedures.Work closely with the billing team to coordinate payer requirements.Assist in building the existing customer base by providing exceptional customer service.Maintain accurate databases of accounts and contacts.Perform other administrative duties as needed.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).2+ years of customer service experience.Strong PC knowledge and proficiency in Windows OS.Intermediate/Advanced level of German (B2 or higher).Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation.Authorization to work in the country of work without visa sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare/lab or pharmaceutical industry.Experience following SOPs.Knowledge of additional languages such as French, Italian, Polish, Spanish, or Japanese.Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
