The Company consists of 22 sites with over twenty million barrels of storage capacity. Additional information about BWC Terminals is available at www.bwcterminals.com.PURPOSETo provide support to customers and contractors.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBelow is a list of essential duties of this position. NOTE: Other duties may be assigned as needed.* Enter orders into BWC Terminals' (The Company's) computer system and process the orders.* Compile processed orders with other mandatory paperwork such as MSDS, certificates of analysis, etc. and give to operators to fulfill the order.* Monitor customers' systems for shipping orders and enter shipping data into their systems.* Review inventory detail reports for accuracy.* Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously and accurately direct calls to staff.* Professionally assist all visitors to the terminal and ensure security procedures are followed.* Assist customers with questions, issues, and coordination of orders.* Process and distribute paperwork/invoices to customers.* Provide back-up and relief for other positions as appropriate.* Assist with third party orders as needed.* Demonstrate commitment to the Responsible Care system.* Participate in, promote, and follow the Responsible Care system.* Interact and communicate with clients and co-workers in a professional and appropriate manner and respond to and give feedback in a respectful and positive manner.* Maintain confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.* Take the initiative to identify problems, use judgment to find appropriate solutions and follow through on resolving issues in a timely manner.* Support team efforts, actively work to generate respect and enthusiasm, cooperate with others, and actively learn from other team members.* Report to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position and willing to perform the duties as workload necessitates.* Employee shall comply with applicable regulatory and company health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.* Employee is expected to complete required training in a timely manner; perform duties in a safe and environmentally sound manner; and immediately report injuries/illnesses, environmental spills/releases, and any unsafe acts or conditions to supervision in support of continual improvement of The Company's health, safety, environmental, and security performance.EDUCATION, TRAINING, LICENSES, MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, LICENSES, AND QUALIFICATIONSTo perform the duties of this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.
