**Customer Service Representative job in Miami at Jessie Trice Community Healthcare Center, Inc.**

**Summary of Responsibilities** :

Seeking CSRs for various centers that is responsible to perform and ensure the accuracy of registering all patients, including, obtaining documentation necessary for guest to receive treatment. Perform appointment scheduling, and other clerical functions. Maintain proper decorum demonstrating courteous and professional behavior to guests and peers.

**Details of Education and Special Skills:**

High School Diploma or General Education Development ( GED) and minimum of two (2) years experience in a dental, call center or medical environment.

Must have basic knowledge of Medicaid & Medicare insurance rules and regulations.

Knowledge of customer service principles, administrative and clerical procedures.

Knowledge of computer and relevant software applications (e.g. Microsoft office).

Excellent oral & written communication skills.

**Special Requirements:**

Current CPR (from the American Heart Association)
