The Fleet Card Account Service Representative is responsible for supporting the Fleet Services team in the ongoing development of the Cardlock department. Primary responsibilities include sales growth, account management, project management, reporting, pricing, and handling customer service and surveillance requests. Our ideal candidate is friendly and passionate about customer service, able to prioritize duties and requests, detail oriented and committed to getting the job done. To be successful in this position, the Fleet Card Account Representative must understand and comply with all company and department policies and procedures and he/she must be able to provide consistent and exceptional customer service and support to both internal and external contacts.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Handle account set ups and maintain customer pricing agreements

Respond to customer service issues and surveillance requests

Identify and develop new accounts

Educate customers on company products and services

Create and provide various reports to management and customers

Promote company image

Handle other duties and special projects as they are assigned or as determined to support department and company initiatives.

**Qualifications/Skills:** Must have a good working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point).

Must have the ability to quickly learn new data bases, software and office equipment to complete duties and assigned tasks.

Must have basic math skills and the ability to read and interpret various documents and emails which may include operation instructions/procedures and/or policies.

Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am 5:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed.

Must be available to answer after hours calls every other week (Monday 5:00 pm Monday 8:00 am)

Dedication to maintain a positive attitude, quickly resolve customer requests/issues and perform effectively under pressure and in a professional manner at all times. Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with internal and external team members to complete necessary tasks and resolve problems Is able to listen, understand and respond accordingly to each request or complaint in a timely manner.

Committed to follow through to insure that all tasks are done and problems are resolved timely. Talent for effectively presenting information in one-on-one and group settings as needed.

**Education/Training:**

**2+ years of related experience or 3+ years of high volume customer service and order entry (not retail) experience preferred.**
