Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Answer calls, emails and/or other requests from patients and/or healthcare providers while meeting or exceeding service level goals. Handle incoming calls and outbound calls per shift. Accurately and completely capture information and update systems appropriately. Provide availability, tracking, and shipping information for patients medication as needed. Assist new and returning patients with their application process for services.

This is a fully on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky.
Work Environment
Different Shifts available-- 10am or 11am start time: Desk job in a closed-door pharmacy talking to patients and providers on the phone. Calls are auto connected so you will be on the phone constantly. 3-week training in person (8:30 to 5pm). Dress code: Business casual during training, then transition to more casual.
