**Description:**

The Customer Services Representative locates training providers that facilitate webinars or in-person presentations for employees in their local area. This would be a hybrid position with a mixture of home and office working days.

**Responsibilities:**

* Review training requests.

* Identify needs and match the appropriate training provider using our proprietary database to complete requests.

* Recruit trainers to the Workplace Options network.

* Enter provider information into our database/case management system.

* Conduct brief pre-screens via phone with potential providers.

* Proactively manage caseload.

* Any other delegated responsibilities and specially assigned duties, as management deems necessary.

**Requirements**

* Bilingual in Spanish preferred

* Bachelors or Associates Degree

* A basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

* Well-honed web research skills.

* An effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

* Organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in an efficient and productive manner.

* Collaborative nature.
