The Opportunity: Customer Service Representative I
The Port of Virginia - Virginia Port Authority is seeking a Customer Service Representative to interact with Port of Virginia customers through various forms of communication to provide information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about terminal services, procedures, and terminal systems. This individual will follow established customer services policies and record details of customer interactions into relevant software.
