**Job Description**

**Targeted Hourly Pay Range:** Minimum of $19.50 to a maximum of $20.50

**Position Purpose:**

Responsible for handling the administration, maintenance, and communication of simple to moderate customer accounts. Some responsibilities include pricing, contract specifications, reviewing manifests, & resolving invoice discrepancies, to ensure accuracy of customer and/or Veolia personnel inquiries. Assists sales or related personnel in securing new business and maintaining existing customer base. Support facility operations with coordination of inbound receipts/returns. Support sales, customers and generators with keeping compliant with state regulations, federal regulations and our WAP. Respond to customer phone and email inquiries regarding profiles, manifests, and related information. Perform maintenance functions in Waste Tracking, TS at Work, Iseries for pricing, approvals, scheduling, and quoting.

**Primary Duties/responsibilities:**

+ Answer customer inquiries on a variety of issues pertaining to waste disposal options, pricing, profiling, contracts, and regulations efficiently and effectively.

+ Process incoming waste profile sheets for accuracy and forward to appropriate destination indicating disposal methodologies for approval and resolve any discrepancies.

+ Enter a variety of information into the appropriate system programs to include profile information, approval decisions, and confirmation letters.

+ Respond to calls with respect to waste pickup and scheduling by informing appropriate personnel with dates, customer, and scheduling data when required by Manager.

+ Review billing packets for accurate coding data and confirm codes to match contracted pricing. Modify pricing information if incorrect in system.

+ Assist sales on established customers to provide additional services or maintain current customer base.

+ Assist VES-TS personnel in determining existing contract specifications, pricing, options, regulations, etc. to better service customer & internal needs and service level.

+ Process Certificate of Destruction (COD) requests within geography.

+ Interacts with sales, customers and generators to ensure all required approval and contracting documents are present, accurate and in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations and the Waste Analysis Plan.

+ Maintain contact with TSR/intercompany contacts as required.

+ Respond to phone inquiries from customers and follow up as appropriate, to include providing literature, manifests and related information.

+ Provide information to customers regarding TWI site capabilities, services, approvals, and contracts.

+ Performs profile and decision maintenance for lab pack in TS@W ensuring all information is present and accurate.

+ Performs maintenance in TS@W for waste streams ensuring all information is present and accurate.

+ Understands when to ask questions to more experienced peers/support staff.

+ Review approved Service Requests utilizing TS@W Scheduler and ensures paperwork approved for receipt of delivery.

+ Other duties as assigned by Manager, such as

+ Able to assist in the Receiving Department clearing loads to Operations and Accounting

+ Able to assist in the Receiving Department receiving loads in the iSeries and Waste Tracking systems

**Qualifications**

**Education / Experience / Background:**

+ High School diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required

+ Associate's degree or related discipline preferred

+ Prior work experience of 2 to 4 years in the hazardous waste or related Industry preferred

**Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:**

+ Ability to create & prepare reports as necessary

+ Strong team player

+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

+ Time management: the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines

+ Strong customer orientation

+ Computer proficient including Google Docs and Sheets

+ Strong phone skills
