Position Description:Enter and check ordersHandle customer phone calls and emailsHandle quotes and issues and update RMA'sPost sales and quotes follow upRun reports as assignedManage accounts and relationships within a territory with designated Regional Manager to increase sales growth and revenueEngage daily with Regional Manager to prioritize and plan workflow, tasks, and activitiesUpdate relevant customer, account, and opportunity information through various databasesPerform customer needs analysis and recommends options based on those needsSupport ISO quality system, quality policy and continuous improvement effortsUnderstand competitive landscape and accurately communicates company differentiators and valueResponsible for helping train new employees as assigned by supervisorResponsible for contributing to a positive and productive work environmentOther Duties as assigned. Skills:1-3 years of experience Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent customer service skills Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced environment Previous customer service or technical experience preferred. Education:Associates or equivalent experience
