**Overhead Door Company of Atlanta**, a DH Pace Company, Inc., aspires to hire a **Customer Service Representative II** for our Peachtree Corners, Atlanta location! The ideal candidate will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner by acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. They should be self-starting with strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills. The candidate should have a strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, be a fast learner with exceptional organizational skills, and excellent attendance.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Handle a high volume of incoming calls and customer emails.

* Promote all products, services, and quote accurate pricing when appropriate.

* Escalate customer issues to upper management.

* Maintain current knowledge of products and services.

* Interface internally with company leadership.

* Assist Customer Service Manager by providing support for additional tasks as requested.

**PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

* Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

* Minimum of one year in a customer service role and supervising a team of 5 or more.

* Retail/Restaurant experience is a plus.

* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

* Good phone etiquette.

* An outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers.

* Excellent time management skills.
