Our location in Temecula, CA, currently has an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative II.
THIS IS AN ON-SITE DAILY POSITION.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Provide support to customers with regard to shipment and billing orders. Facilitate communications between the sales force and in-house contacts to resolve order processing and customer issues. Communicate back order and product allocation issues to the sales force, and assist the sales force in locating and transferring product as needed.)
Primary Job Function:
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures. Demonstrates the ability to perform all entry level tasks in addition to the following. Demonstrates the ability to multi-task. Is an established member of one or more specialty task teams (Bulk team, Iris team, etc.). Utilized as a coach for new hire training. Position Accountability / Scope:
Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule. Solves a variety of problems of limited to moderate scope and complexity requiring basic interpretation of defined procedures and practices. Maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive information or documents.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOULL BRING:
Minimum Education:
H.S. diploma or equivalent plus 2-5 years of related work experience or equivalent combination. Two-year degree or some college credits preferred.
Minimum Experience / Training Required:
Applies broad knowledge of business concepts, procedures and practices and a general understanding of department fundamentals. Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations. Performs routine and non-routine moderately complex assignments using standard methods and sequences. Makes adjustments, modifications, and replacements to set processes as directed. Assignments require broad judgment in troubleshooting proven processes as well as the ability to suggest alternatives.
