Job SummaryWe are seeking a CSC Customer Service Representative II to join our team. The role involves competency in both phone handling and work request dispatch responsibilities. You will assist in special projects and contribute to process improvement within the department.
Essential Functions- Proficiently handle phone and work request dispatch responsibilities.
- Monitor environmental alarms, including doors, gates, parking lot intercoms, and CCTV systems.
- Assist with workflow and assignments for patient transporters.
- Lead or participate in projects supporting departmental goals.
- Provide feedback to leadership on process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
- Perform all duties professionally, courteously, and competently.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle stressful, fast-paced environments effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow instructions, correspondence, memos, and other forms of communication.
Minimum Requirements- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in customer service or administrative support. Healthcare, call center, or dispatch service experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- May require light lifting (10-20 lbs.) or equipment handling.
