ABOUT THE COMPANY

Based in Onalaska, Wisconsin, L.B. White Company, LLC., manufactures and markets a full line of portable forced air heaters, convection heaters, circulating heaters, radiant brooders and torches for domestic and international agriculture, construction, hospitality and greenhouse markets.

Through the course of the Companys 65+ year history, L.B. White has established a significant leadership position in the majority of markets it serves by delivering innovative products and quality services that meet the evolving needs of its customers.

Position Description and Responsibilities

This position reports to the Customer Service Manager.

Representatives will be responsible for performing the following Customer Service activities via inbound and outbound telephone calls, faxes, and email:

Daily order processing

Providing customer information, such as lead times, delivery dates, pricing, discounts, and product information.

Supporting field sales rep activities

Working directly with dealers and end users.

Coordinating internal activities to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Must be flexible to work an eight hour shift between the hours of 7 am and 7 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime during the week and on Saturdays is rare, but is possible, based on workload.

Location: Onalaska, Wisconsin Job Requirements: **Experience, Qualifications and Education**

Qualifications include:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Above average data entry skills.

Ability to learn proprietary software.

Ability to quickly grasp and retain new product knowledge.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at a fast-paced level.

Exhibit thorough attention to detail.

Desired qualifications include:

EPR Software experience along with Microsoft Office familiarity, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Associates degree in Business/Marketing or a related field.

Previous Customer Service experience.

Previous Manufacturing experience

**Compensation and Benefits**

The compensation package will consist of a competitive base salary determined, in part, by the successful candidate's level of professional experience. The successful candidate will qualify for participation in the Company-wide Incentive program.
