**Customer Service Representative**

at Blaze Baton Rouge We are looking for a highly organized Office Specialist for our office located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Office Specialist is responsible for various accounting duties such as entering purchase orders, invoicing, handling returns, credits, chargebacks, receivables, shipping paperwork, etc. This employee needs to handle customer service calls and emails. In dealing with distributors and dealers they need to develop and understand the Blaze products and procedures.

**Responsibilities:**

* Identify, track, process, and follow-through with purchase orders and invoicing for all orders.

* Professionally and efficiently coordinates shipping of orders with dealers, distributors, and shipping companies etc.

* Place orders and collect payment for dealers and/or distributors as needed.

* Download UPS Ground bill from shipper's website and upload to system, ensuring accuracy and completion.

* Process checks, money orders, or cash for any orders requested.

* Any tasks as assigned by management.

* Answer inbound phone calls ready to handle each call.

* Manage daily paperless workload, utilizing internal systems for orders, inventory and project management.

* Proactively communicate clearly and effectively with customers via phone and email.

* Communicate clearly and effectively with managers, vendors, shippers and co-workers via phone, email, fax and instant messaging.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree or at-least 2 years of experience in a related field preferred but not required.

* Skilled in basic accounting knowledge, such as invoicing, reconciliations, schedules, etc.

* Intermediate knowledge of computer processing including (but not limited to) Microsoft Word.

* Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a PLUS.
