Guest Services/Reservations Duties

* Service existing accounts, build profiles, create reservations, and establish new accounts

* Respond to telephone calls, emails, and internet inquires, quickly and accurately

* Provide information regarding availability and pricing

* Assign reservations, inputting data into Livery Coach reservation program

* Take deposits, communicate standard policies, and develop contracts for review

Qualifications:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Confident, pleasant, friendly, and helpful demeanor

* Must be highly organized with acute attention to detail and proactive thought process

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Strong keyboarding skills and computer savvy

* Must remain calm in high-pressure situations

* Expertise with Microsoft Office Products required, familiar with Google Search and mapping programs

* High School diploma or GED equivalents required

* Punctual attendance with reliable transportation

* Industry background preferred but not required
