* **$1500 Employee Referral Bonus** Any current Dupli employee who refers another employee will be paid $500 at time of hire of referred employee, $500 after 6 months of service of referred employee, $500 after 1 year of service. *Exclusions no significant others, family members or past Dupli employees.*

* **60-90 Day Performance Reviews** All new employees receive 60-and 90-day performance reviews to determine their progress at the company. This allows the manager and employee to communicate what is going well and what other training is needed. Dupli offers a raise at this time given the employee is performing to Dupli standards.

* **Paid Time Off Available at Time of Hire** All new employees are given 56 hours of paid time off to use when they need to as soon as they are hired.

Job Overview

The CSR serves as the primary internal representative of the organization, responsible for expressing a sense of confidence in our printing services and capabilities to our customers. Will receive, review, and process orders, and resolve problems that our customers face with accuracy and efficiency, while communicating effectively with other team members and departments, ensuring excellence in service standards and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. Theyre patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they dont have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

* Manage customer accounts

* Handle incoming requests from customers and sales to ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly with professionalism and a sense of urgency

* Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

* Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including but not limited to order entry, online system troubleshooting, and mailings

* Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

* Communicate and coordinate with internal departments/customers/sales

* Organize workflow to meet customer time frames

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

* Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

* Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Skills**

* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

* High school degree
