**Description**
Administrative Resource Options is looking for a Part Time Office Clerk. The primary responsibilities of this role are mail processing and delivery, print, backup office management.
* Minimum essential functions include driving, sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds packages as occasionally
* Customer service or office experience required (1 year)
* Mail, copy, or print experience a plus
* Flexible, willing to learn, and eager to take on new challenges
* Must be punctual and dependable
**Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:**
* Prior experience (6 months) preferred in reception, mail delivery, copy and/or print services
* Required qualities include customer service oriented, dependable, enthusiastic, punctual, organized, self-directed, self-motivated, and a team player.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Must demonstrate professional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal
* Preferred proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite services
