Kaycan is a manufacturer and distributor of exterior building products. We are seeking a full-time **Customer Service Representative** for our supply center in **Orlando, FL**. This an exciting opportunity to join a small, busy, customer-service-oriented team and help us grow the business in the area. We offer a regular work schedule (Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.), work-life balance, and supportive sales and headquarters management team. You will be working closely with the Branch Operations Manager and Territory Sales Manager to provide superior customer service to existing accounts and generate new sales. It is a small team environment where everyone helps each other achieve common goals.

**Responsibilities:**

* Receive and process customer orders via phone and with walk-in customers

* Provide excellent customer service by processing orders accurately and on a timely basis; provide information to customers; take a proactive stance in up-selling and product promotions.

* Initiate sales lead follow-up by generating price quotes.

* Work with warehouse personnel to ensure proper picking and delivery of the product is what the customer has ordered.

* Coordinate and control all branch reporting systems and procedures.

* Apply the credit policy.

* Make personal collection calls to outstanding accounts.

**The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:**

* Excellent customer service skills;

* 2-5 years experience in a similar role, including in-person customer service and training experience;

* Attention to detail and strong data entry skills;

* Excellent computer skills and experience with MS Office, Windows, data Entry, and databases;

* Organization and time management skills;

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
