This position reports to the companys Quality Manager.

The Customer Service Representative provides administrative support functions to the customer service call center, and management.

Primary responsibilities of the position include:

* Technical support to help select correct product

* Warranty support to help troubleshoot problems that might arise in the field.

* Material availability review.

* Working closely with materials and production to properly support customer needs.

* Receiving and processing orders.

* Handling and resolving customer complaints or special orders via mail or phone.

* Addresses complaints concerning billing or services rendered.

* Verifying delivery receipts and matching orders

* Preparing credits and debits

**Requirements**

* Candidates must have strong written and communication skills.

* Ability to interact with customers and troubleshoot difficult issues.

* Systematic problem solving abilities.

* Strong organizational/ time management skills.

* Must be proficient with computer Microsoft Office.

* Must be a team player, goal oriented, dependable, organized, and self-motivated.
