AmeriStaff, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to fill an opening with a company located in South Boston, VA.
**Requirements of the Customer Service Representative:** + High school diploma or equivalent required.
+ Strong and basic math skills.
+ Proficient in both Excel and Word applications.
+ Bookkeeping experience with data entry capabilities.
+ Must have a willingness to take charge of customer concerns.
+ Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
+ Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
+ Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of individuals.
+ Excellent communications skills.
+ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
**Benefits of the Customer Service Representative:**
+ Full Time.
+ Monday-Friday.
+ 8:00am-5:00pm.
+ $14.00-$15.50 /hour. **Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:**

+ Ability to manage large amounts of incoming calls.
+ Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
+ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
+ Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
+ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
+ Use industry data base software to keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and protect documents.
+ Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
