As a **customer service representative**, you are responsible for generating commercial business accounts and maintaining current accounts by working with national builders and customers in the local market.
* Answer incoming phone calls and emails for new work requests, scheduling questions/issues, and general customer service.
* Enter service orders into PSM.
* Service order completion calls/emails to notify builders, contractors, and homeowners.
* Match, mark done in PSM, and sort returned service paperwork daily.
* Check builder websites (ITK, Punchlist Manager, Heartbeat, & Supply Pro) for new services and POs daily.
* Follow up on purchase orders for completed paperwork waiting for payment.
* Completes/closes warranty service orders in PSM. Scans and attaches paperwork to each closed order
* Send out paperwork that is ready to be scheduled to the appropriate subcontractors or scheduling department.
* 1-2 years of customer service experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office
* Valid drivers license
* Bilingual in Spanish a plus, not required
