Maintain relationships with current customers
Take orders, create quotes, offer alternatives
Collaborate harmoniously with internal manufacturing and support staff throughout the order fulfillment and problem resolution process for customers, including: quality issues, credit collection and inventory management
Develop and maintain a relationship with each client and an understanding of the customers buyer, business, needs, priorities, competition, etc.
Requirements
Strong business acumen
Articulate
2-4 years sales and customer service experience, preferably in print related or similar account base
College or University Degree preferred (ideally in Graphic Communications, Business, or Sales related program)
Effective listening, business communication (verbal and written), presentation, and teamwork skills
Intermediate computer skills, MS Office required
Reports to: Sales Manager
