**Customer Service Representative**
**Location:** Mason, MI, US Provide exceptional customer service through the timely and accuratly entering and reviewing orders and responding and resolving customer related questions
**Day-to-Day Role:**
Process customer orders and respond to routine customer inquiries
Communicate with customers and internal departments on orders status and inquiries regarding order processing
Utilize customer service software to accept incomine workload and prioritize responses received from both internal and external customers
Consult and keep management apprised of non-standard order requests
With guidance from Supervisor, understand and interpret customer inquiries to determine the best options for resolution
Communicate with customers using both written and verbal communication that is free of spelling and grammatical errors
Utilize dual computer screens to reference multiple computer programs simultaneously while researching customer inquiries and processing orders
Utilize customer notes to accurately respond to inquires and process orders **Core Skills and Qualifications:**
**The ideal candidate must possess all of the following:**
High school deplomia or equivalent
Six (6) months of customer service experience in an office environment
Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate to internal and external customers
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to independently multi-taks when performing standard and routine processes
Must be able to stay focused and engaged in a work environment that is open and active
Ability to maintaine composure and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced, customer-focused work environment, characterized by rapid change, minimal lead times, and multiple competing priorities
Ability to exhibite creativity and flexibility in solving customer problems **Preferred Skills and Qualifications:**
Six (6) months of customer service experience in a call/contact center environment
