As a representative of Beekman, you will support our Neighbors and Team Beekman in cultivating a beautiful Neighbor experience.We request that individuals applying for this position note that we require you to have flexible availability. This role will require a schedule of 9:00 am-5:30 pm EST You Will:
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward our Neighbors at all times
  • Respond promptly to incoming inquiries
  • Communicate with our Neighbors through various channels
  • Acknowledge and resolve Neighbor complaints
  • Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
  • Process orders, forms, and requests
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Ensure Neighbor satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Provide daily reports to the Neighbor Service Manager
QualificationsYou Have:
  • The ability to obtain high-speed internet service in your home
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Initiative and pride in your work
  • A people-serving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • The ability to open a computer at an intermediate level (data entry, basic use of Excel, Word, email, and other software)
  • Initiative and pride in your work
  • Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
