- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage or assist with personal lines accounts.
- Schedule appointments and prepare applications.
- Obtain and review quotes, check policies, and request endorsements.
- Handle marketing renewals and manage claims.
Qualifications:
- Two years of customer service experience.
- Entry-level candidates with a bachelor's degree and a willingness to obtain a personal lines license are encouraged to apply.
