Customer Service Representative Contract-to-Hire $20 / hour 100% On Site 7AM-4PM / 8AM - 5PM Houston, TX Main Duties or Job Description:
- Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Resolve issues, manage calls, and assess customer needs.
- Build trust through open communication and provide accurate information.
- Handle complaints, follow up, and adhere to guidelines.
- Resolve complaints via various channels, process payments, and gather information.
- Collaborate with the customer service manager, manage call records, and compile satisfaction reports.
- Follow scripts and handle policy changes/renewals.
Wants on Resume:
- 2-3 years of Customer Service Experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is a PLUS
