Job Type Full-time Description A subsidiary of the multinational Kersia, Agrochem USA,LLC and Biosan LLC meets the challenges of public health, food safety, the environment and user safety with its wide range of high-performance hygiene and disinfection products. We are currently looking for a customer support representative that is responsible for providing exceptional customer experience service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company processes and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within all departments.   • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns per established department policies and procedures.
  • Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
  • Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer's service expectations.
  • Customer Advocacy.
  • Handles inquiries regarding customer accounts coordinating with outside sales team
  • Proficient with in/outbound call system.
  • Making accommodations for company clients/guests.
  • Possible cross-over responsibilities assisting other Departments (Quality, Purchasing, Accounting, Marketing to meet sales and customer needs

  • Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel No travel is expected for this position. Required Education and Experience
