**Customer Service Representative**

Finance Carrollton, Texas Minimum Experience **Mid-level** Compensation **$18/hour DOE, generous time off package, after 90 days: medical insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) with company match** Notice: vaccination for Covid-19 is required for this position.

The Customer Service Administrator at NWS is an essential role in both growing and maintaining the customer relationship and experience. The CSA will work with accounting, management, and the sales team managing the order flow process, assisting in supply chain, executing orders, and managing the overall paperwork and proprietary billing systems for specific customers.

The CSA would report to the Sales Director and VP of Business and Administration in a matrix role.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Execute and manage open orders, and necessary communication to ensure the salespeople in the field can deliver information in a timely fashion, secure best pricing, and execute on time delivery of received orders.

* Complete finance function of invoicing using Microsoft Dynamics and customer specific utilities (ex. AccuV) and customer aging management.

* Maintain internal and external trackers for customers building on a large scale, manage their orders internally and filter back to the team as well as the customer weekly, bi-weekly, etc. as specified by end user.

* Work with procurement as needed to help implement min-max levels on repeat items.

* Work with the warehouse on shipments, drop shipments, and is the direct POC for the sales team to the operations team internally.

* Travel as needed (minimally- less than 5%), primarily working with the sales team and procurement on large scale BOMs and quotes customers need in a timely fashion.

* Directly communicate with the customer as each salesperson has the autonomy and ability to include the CSA in his or her signature line for immediate assistance - this promotes instant answers and streamlined communication.

* Be a direct line for customers to call if the salesperson is not available.

* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Associates degree or 3+ years administrative/accounts payable experience

* Customer Service experience - ability to adapt, be flexible, and serve customers needs

* Excellent written and oral communication skills

* Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills

* Telecom experience preferred

* Microsoft Office Suite experience
