Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) seeks a Customer Service Representative for a contract term at one of our biggest financial clients! This position requires that the selected candidate will work in Charlotte, NC or Tempe, AZ.
**Scope of Work Examples:**
* **Attention to detail, ability to multitask**
* **Office receptionist/clerk relay messages and copy information.**
* **Fielding calls from 3rd party vendors hearing what is being told to them.**
* **Thinking outside the box in working with the vendors and taking once source of information and put into our source.**
* **Prior position should show punctuality and ability to work with minimal supervision.**
* **Ideal having one year call center experience.**
**Required Technology Skills:**
* **Computer familiarity**
* **Experience with Mastermind would be preferred.**
