**Responsibilities include:**
* Responding to and managing customer related issues including order entry, processing incoming electronic orders, expediting and maintaining customer accounts, sourcing products, pricing and managing customer scheduled orders.
* Providing feedback to management and production regarding customer needs and concerns.
* Providing support to office personnel.
**Required:**
* Associate's degree in related business field preferred
* 2+ years-experience in Customer Care or Account Management
* Strong in MS Office including Excel
* Oracle E-Business Suite a plus
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Internet savvy
* Excellent analytical skills
* Able to work in a team environment and fulfill objectives with minimum direct supervision
* Innovative, proactive and self-directed
* Able to focus on goals and develop a work plan that produces desired results
