Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team at American Motors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing excellent customer service, possess strong communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and coordinating with technicians for service calls.
  • Providing accurate information about our services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Processing payments and handling billing inquiries.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
Desired Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Auto Glass Customer Service.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and dispatch software, including Service Titan.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
  • Knowledge of glass repair and replacement services.
  • Experience in handling customer complaints and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sales and up selling techniques.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Resourceful and good at multitasking.
